Powered Head Respirator

Several members discussed their respiratory problems when working in the shop with certain types of wood. Wood dust affects everyone in different ways and one of the best ways I protect my lungs is by using Peke Safety’s Power Active Particulate Respirator. I use it every day and highly recommend it. It is very light and the battery has lasted several days on one charge. I recommend buying the peel and stick shields, getting extra filters and pre-filters (see picture below). I did buy an extra battery, but as stated earlier it does last about 2-8 hour days on one charge.
