[Educational Outreach] Upcoming Events

We have 4 educational outreach events planned for the rest of the year:

RLM Harvest Days:  This will be on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

WBRM Sugar Fest:  This will be on Sunday October 6, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

RLM Rural Christmas:  This will be on Sunday, December 8, Noon to 6:00 PM.

WBRM Holiday Open House:  I don’t have a date yet, usually the first Sunday in December.

Planned Activities: For all of these events, we will be doing the planing, drilling and sawing activity with the kids. Also, if you have specific hand tool skills or would like to help with others demonstrating hand tool skills, contact me for details.

I will send an email for each event as we get closer to the date to get a count of volunteers. To make these events successful, we need a sufficient number of volunteers. The more the merrier. If you are available on the dates listed above for any amount of time, please strongly consider participating.
